Making Apple Cider

Lot's of juice was my main impression of my first co-cider making event with Jeff Schaid.  We estimate 3 quarts per pressing and that we have used less that half the apples growing here so far and created 6 gallons of cider so far, well we hope hard cider.  We also put the pressings residue outside for the deer etc.
